Personal Information is information about an identifiable individual, such as your name, address, your telephone number, email address, or individual payment and financial information (“Personal Information”). Personal Information does not include information about a corporation, or other legal entity that is not an individual.

If you receive an SMS from us (we only send SMS texts from our shortcode 387263), you may opt out by replying ‘STOP’ Reply ‘HELP’ for help, or ‘INFO’ for information (standard messaging rates may apply).

GIGADAT uses a variety of security technologies and procedures, including organizational, technological, and physical measures to help protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Personal Information may be accessed by persons within our organization, or our third-party service providers, who require such access to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy policy, or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Personal Information we collect is managed from our offices in Calgary, Alberta.

Even though we have taken steps to help protect the Personal Information in our control, you should know that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information. No security measures can provide absolute protection. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us.
